For this 2 bedroom flat in West London, our client came to Lomax & Chi with the brief to transform it ready for bespoke lettings. Wishing to attain the luxury market, this project required a more creative vision and high end design input than a standard property to let. 

We began with a total redesign of both the kitchen and bathroom. Previously tired and dated rooms, we transformed them into light and contemporary spaces with luxury finishes. Both the two bedrooms and the large main living space were then dressed ready for occupation. Throughout the project, we project managed contractors to ensure the smooth running of all works.
