Lomax and Chi helped me with a complete redesign of my flat in Kensington. The worked involved structural work (to create a large kitchen eat-in kitchen and enlarged windows, French doors to create more light ) as well as complete redesign with new floors, kitchen, wardrobes, etc. and a new garden house. Chi completely understood what I was looking for, created a design that matched the brief 100%, got the planning permit, found very high quality contractors and suppliers, project managed everything from start to end and made sure everything was completed to the highest standards. I am extremely happy with the outcome, it’s a complete transformation of my home and I would highly recommend Lomax and Chi.

Chi Chi was an absolute star! She helped design, plan and advise on so many aspects of our renovation project. She made some changes to the original plans that have improved the structure and layout of our house and given us more space than we had originally envisaged. Her advice on everything from colours to use, fittings and lighting were absolutely invaluable. She's much more than a designer ... she understands how a family home will be used and incorporates small and big ideas that make a home more functional, aesthetically pleasing and valuable. Plus some of her recommendations saved our budgets as well making her inputs very cost effective too!
