Bought by our clients as a holiday home by the sea, Lomax & Chi were enlisted to bring a sense of personality and style to this Cornish new-build. Having only been built 5 years ago, the property was architecturally sound, but the interiors were lacklustre and uninspiring.
The brief was to add character and warmth, and our clients felt particularly drawn to the colours and styling of 1950’s design. We carried out a full renovation of the interior architecture and design, advising on all materials, finishes and furnishings to bring their dream of a mid century aesthetic to life. We also provided contractor site management to ensure the entire project ran smoothly.
