This project saw Lomax & Chi carry out an internal refurbishment of a ground floor flat in East London. The brief was to maximise natural light, and to create rooms that felt more spacious and open.
For our client, the kitchen was the heart of their home. As a result, we decided it was worth reconfiguring the layout and sacrificing smaller rooms by moving walls to create a large family kitchen. The outcome was a much better fit for our clients lifestyle and transformed the way they were able to use their home. As part of this project, we also renovated the bathroom - imagery of this room will be coming soon.
