Moments from the bustling Exmouth Market sits this 185 sqm office space, boasting an abundance of natural light. Lomax & Chi were approached to work closely with architects Spaced Out to convert this former warehouse into a self-contained HQ with two fully fitted kitchens, WCs, shower room, executive office and dedicated conference room. 

Developed to an impeccably high standard, we wanted to enhance and refine its industrial feel by choosing smart internal crittal doors which helped to zone the space without compromising on the building's wonderful brightness. The power and lighting provision was designed specifically to enable flexible working for future tenants, and we specified a full fit out scheme incorporating a welcoming Reception seating area, casual meetings tables and cleverly designed bespoke joinery throughout.
