Iscoyd Coach House

An award-winning wedding and event venue, the beautiful Iscoyd Park is a private country house that sits on the border between North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire. Owned by the same family since 1843, the main house was restored in 2009. For their most recent project, the clients approached Lomax & Chi to aid in the renovation of an old disused coach house on the estate. 

Our clients wished to turn the building into a multifunctional events space on the ground floor, with office space for their team above. In the very initial stages of the project, we were able to design a layout and lighting design that perfectly matched expectations and requirements, while also remaining sensitive to the original structure. We then worked closely with the clients to create a contractor pack that would smoothly enact their aesthetic vision for the space.
