Kensington Garden Apartment

This project saw Lomax & Chi carry out a full refurbishment of this light filled garden flat in Kensington. The property was very damp and required a full overhaul - by moving the main structural wall we were able to create a larger kitchen and new entrance hall, separated by a large glazed screen. The kitchen windows were enlarged and aligned to maximise the natural light, as well as replacing two bedroom sash’s with French Doors out onto the garden.

L&C oversaw all the designs and planning applications to obtain approvals to alter the external features of this Character Building in a Conservation Area. Our client had a very clear picture of how she wanted her home to look and feel. With stunning wide planked Douglas Fir Floors throughout and a bespoke hand made oak kitchen. This project was a joy to work on.
