Working alongside Space Architects, Lomax and Chi were appointed to provide the full interior architecture, interior design and FF&E design service for this 10,000 sq. ft 4 Storey new build private residence in East London.

Working closely with ‘Cinemaworks’ to ensure a state of the art Home Cinema. Carefully designed to combine high-performance AV with an interior that feels considered, comfortable and very much part of the wider property.

The project was honoured with the 2026 CEDIA Smart Home EMEA Award, recognising its outstanding design and technology integration.

Photos of the rest of the house to follow.
